The Eco-Extremists accuse the Transhumanists and Posthumanists for the Great Draught which lead to the apocalypse. India's being ruled by a totalitarian god-like Supreme Leader Malik who is on his deathbed and orders the execution of all Eco-Extremists, who ever succeeds in doing so becomes the next Supreme Leader.
