I was wondering if anyone who does not exclusively write shorts would be into maybe doing a first 20 page submit and then doing read swaps with interested parties?
I only ask because sometimes when scripts other than shorts get comments it goes something like '....I read the first 10...I'm not going on because....or I would read more later when.....'
And while I appreciate the feedback and giving feedback I also think it's a little difficult for those of us who write features, tv scripts, and plays to go against shorts to get views and feedback because reading 10 pages start to finish is one thing but reading someone's full length is a totally different battle for most of us.
Time and interest are always in play for all of us.
But if we do a simple first 20 it would make feedback easier and tell writers what other's first impressions are of their scripts also.
I think this way would take a lot of pressure off everyone and maybe open up the other threads to more views.

At this point in time* I do not accept submissions for hosting of incomplete works - shorts or features. The reason is that I, personally, have the first ten to fifteen pages of roughly thirty screenplays on my hard drive and if I were to open that option up, I'd flood the boards. And also, my concern is that no one will really ever finish anything, so by imposing this restriction, it is an imputes to writers to finish what they are working on and submit it.
With that being said, there is no restriction (yet) on you uploading to dropbox a partial of what you are working on and using the above threads (one or the other) to solicit review exchanges.
Perhaps use 1st 20 in the thread posting, e.g., Title - Review Exchange 1st20
