#6: Phil Hartman
Simply put, Hartman is an incredibly talented and diverse comedic actor.
Recommended Role: Any Voiceover Role He Ever Took
#11: Bill Paxton
A staple of earlier James Cameron films, Paxton has hung tough to the character identity of being the "everyman" in extraordinary circumstances.
Recommended Role: Dad Meiks - Frailty

The recommended role for Phil Hartman is definitely Bill McNeal from NewsRadio.
The next recommended - his SNL sketches. But this is so inferior to NewsRadio.

Paxton. Haven't seen any Hartman outside of some sketches and only really remember him from such roles as the unscrupulous lawyer Lionel Hutz.

This one is hard. I'm slightly leaning towards Hartman as he stole everything he was in...voice work or not. Not knocking Paxton, both are great talents. I got Hartman, but this is a good match-up.
